1/2 cup frozen blueberries (I pick my own and freeze them)
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen pineapple or mixed fruits
1/2 banana (optional)
Handful of either spinach or kale leaves
3/4 cup ( adjust as needed for the texture you like) Almond milk or orange juice
1 small container (4 oz.) yogurt ( try a fiber one or activia)
Blend together until smooth.
This makes an absolutely delicious and nutritious, smoothie, good for breakfast, lunch, or a snack.
